Our construction company, founded in 1970 by Juan Perelló Llull, began its activity in the field of civil and public works. It is a source of pride for us, as the second generation, to be able to continue offering the same dedication and professionalism as our founder, but with better infrastructures, more professional knowledge and new construction materials.

In 2009, our solvency, experience and technical equipment enabled us to be registered in the Contractor Classification Register of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands, which we still maintain today.

We currently have a team of more than 20 professionals offering services from excavation, structure to final finishing. Our experience allows us to take on complete building projects with guarantees. We have specialised personnel in each area, with special emphasis on our teams for the restoration of Mallorcan houses and modern and minimalist buildings.
